Refund policy


Returns 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:


  • Be in the same condition as received
  • Be unused and in pristine condition
  • Be returned in its original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Where applicable, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:


  • Your item arrives damaged
  • Your item is defective
  • You receive the wrong item


We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


 


Non-Returnable Items

 

Due to the nature of our work, the following items cannot be returned:


  • Original one-of-a-kind artworks
  • Custom, commissioned, or made-to-order pieces
  • Gift cards


These exclusions do not affect your legal rights if an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described.


 

 

Sale Items

 

Sale items are not eligible for discretionary returns.

However, this does not affect your statutory rights in the event an item is faulty or not as described.


 

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

 

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original purchase (where eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.



 

UK & EU Consumer Rights (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

 

If you are purchasing from the UK or European Union, you have the right to cancel or return eligible items within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.


This right does not apply to:


  • Custom or commissioned artwork
  • Made-to-order pieces


Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

 


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.


If approved:


  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing may take up to 10 business days
  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to complete the transaction
