Limited or open edition art prints
Custom or commissioned pieces (where stated)

We make every effort to display our artwork accurately. However, colours and textures may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing processes. Such variations do not constitute a fault.

All artworks are sold as described at the time of purchase. Descriptions, pricing and availability may be updated at any time without notice.

3. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

An order is only accepted once payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where payment cannot be authorised or an error has occurred.

4. PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are shown in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

Prices do not include shipping costs, which are displayed at checkout. We are not currently VAT-registered, therefore VAT is not charged unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. By submitting payment details, you confirm you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the item has been delivered to the address provided.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

In summary:

Prints may be returned within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with UK consumer law.
Original artworks and commissioned pieces are non-returnable unless damaged, faulty or not as described.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including images, artwork, text, logos and designs, is the intellectual property of KAPRIÈ&KO and may not be reproduced, copied or used without written permission.

Purchasing an artwork does not transfer copyright unless explicitly stated in writing.

Our website may include links to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or policies of third-party websites.

9. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

KAPRIÈ&KO is powered by Shopify. All sales are made directly between you and KAPRIÈ&KO. Shopify bears no responsibility for products sold through this store.
