Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days, unless otherwise stated.
Please note:
- Original artworks may require additional handling time
- Prints may be produced to order
- Commissioned or custom pieces have separate timelines, which will be communicated at the time of purchase

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on:
- Item size and weight
- Delivery destination
- Shipping method selected
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or events beyond our control.
UK Shipping
We ship throughout the United Kingdom using trusted courier services.
Estimated delivery times:
- Prints: 2–5 business days after dispatch
- Original artwork: 3–7 business days after dispatch
International Shipping
We ship internationally. Delivery times vary by destination.
Please note:
- International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees
- These charges are set by your local authorities and are not included in the item price or shipping cost
KAPRIÈ&KO is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Packaging
All artwork is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely:
- Prints are shipped flat or rolled in protective packaging
- Original artworks are securely wrapped and protected
We take great care in preparing every order.
Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at
contact@kaprieko.com, including:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damage and packaging
If your order appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
